Engagement 1

Process involves whiteboarding current state and confirming  future state, then mapping transition, where immediate impacts are undertaken first:

  • 10 Hours a week.

  • Five Step process.

  • Metrics are mapped and agreed upon.

Business Brainstorm

Engagement 2

Process is same as engagement 1, but with more hours to contend with either more complicated situation or need for more on hands change:

​

  • 20 Hours per week.

  • Five step process.

  • Metrics are mapped and agreed upon.

Engagement 3

More hands on efforts requiring more devoted time to enact and see thru changes.

  • 30 Hours per week.

  • Five step process.

  • Metrics are mapped and agreed upon.

Engagement 4

In this scenario, we act as boots on the ground, on a part time basis for face to face, but full time as far as follow up is concerned:

  • That is, we will help your Go-To-Market in direct sales category. We have network that scales across the US and in international markets.

  • This would be separate from CRO services or potentially in addition to, as needed.

  • We are in the top percentile of the companies we worked for and bring that expertise.
