CROinPortions respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and the Revenue System Assessment, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your information.

Assessment inputs. The figures and answers you enter into the assessment are processed in your browser to generate your results. They are not stored on our systems unless you ask us to email your results or schedule a conversation.
Contact details. When you request your results, reach out, or schedule a conversation, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email, and company.
Usage data. Like most sites, we collect standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) to understand how the site is used and improve it.

To deliver the results, materials, or conversation you requested.
To follow up about your inquiry and share relevant, stage-appropriate information.
To improve the assessment, the site, and the way we work.

The tools we use

We use HubSpot as our customer relationship and marketing platform. When you submit information to us, it is stored and processed in HubSpot on our behalf, subject to their security and privacy practices. We may also use standard web analytics. These providers act as our processors and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how parts of the site work.

Your choices

You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of further contact at any time. To do so, email info@croinportions.com. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
